Privacy
Sudan Peace Bloc is an open civic peace initiative for people who want to say clearly and peacefully: no to war, yes to peace in Sudan. Participation is voluntary, transparent, and based on one simple principle: every person can add one Peace Voice in support of ending the war in Sudan.
Sudan Peace Bloc does not represent any political party, armed group, government body, legal entity, or political organization. It is led and developed by a growing group of Sudanese Peace Ambassadors and civic contributors around the world. Any future legal structure or formal operating model will be discussed and determined by the group as the platform develops.
What we collect
When someone adds a Peace Voice, the platform may collect a display name, country, optional city or area, voice type, peace message, optional avatar choice, and optional public social profile details.
The platform also creates a PVR Code. PVR means Peace Voice Returning. It is a private return code that allows a participant to reconnect to the same Peace Voice later. The code is shown only once, so each participant must save it safely.
One Peace Voice per person
Sudan Peace Bloc asks every participant and supporter to register their Peace Voice only once. This helps keep the public count honest, meaningful, and connected to real people standing for peace in Sudan.
Every registered Peace Voice is counted in the public total. Public Peace Voices may also appear directly in the public voices area when they meet the platform’s publication rules.
Public voice or counted only
A participant can choose whether their Peace Voice may become publicly visible or whether it should only be counted as part of the bloc.
A public Peace Voice may show selected public information such as display name, country, optional city or area, voice type, peace message, avatar choice, and approved public social profile details.
A counted-only Peace Voice contributes to the total number of voices but is not displayed as a public voice card.
The default peace message
The platform provides one default peace message:
“No to War, Yes to Peace in Sudan.”
This message expresses the core position of Sudan Peace Bloc. When a participant chooses the default message and selects public visibility, the Peace Voice can be accepted and published immediately through the platform’s publication process.
Shared launch message
At launch, Sudan Peace Bloc uses one shared peace message so every Peace Voice is clear, safe, and counted quickly.
What is not public
Sudan Peace Bloc does not intentionally publish private contact details, full return codes, private safety notes, or administrative information.
The platform does not sell participant data and does not provide participant data to third parties. The public data shown on the platform is the visible civic record of Peace Voices for Sudan, shared openly and transparently for the purpose of peace visibility.
PVR Code protection
A PVR Code is a private return key for a participant’s Peace Voice. PVR means Peace Voice Return Code. It is not a public identity badge and should not be shared openly.
The platform issues the PVR Code only once, immediately after a Peace Voice is registered. The participant is responsible for saving it in a safe place. If the code is lost, the platform cannot help recover it, because it is not stored or displayed again in a recoverable form.
Use your PVR Code only to reconnect to your own Peace Voice, check your public visibility, update allowed display details, or continue to other Sudan Peace Bloc contribution paths.
Data care and participant responsibility
Sudan Peace Bloc aims to collect only the information needed to count Peace Voices, display public Peace Voices when chosen, protect participant return access, and maintain the civic integrity of the platform.
Participants should avoid adding sensitive personal information to public messages. Public participation should remain peaceful, respectful, and aligned with the message: no to war, yes to peace in Sudan.
